Kyoto IS adorable though… I’d definitely give her hugs and treats =) Also, minor spelling error on the second “special”, the I is before the C shoul be swapped.
Well, Kyoto, you see that woman who you’re asking that question? That’s Bunny. She’s bad for your health, she’s got you shot and almost killed and she made you wear a skimpy dress. Are you really unable to come up with a reason to run away yet?
In frame 2 we get another reference to Bunny’s abusive ex. Now, anyone who is physically or mentally capable of abusing Blade Bunny must be formidable as an enemy. I’m starting to think that the killer robots are being sent after her by that person. If he is still alive, that is.
Last frame: Ao-Lung, Dragon of the South Wind, was a bit reluctant to let Kyoto go, he seems to genuinely care for her, he even made Bunny promise to bring Kyoto back unharmed. Since the dragon didn’t initially plan for Kyoto to accompany Bunny, he would have had no reason to keep Kyoto in the dark regarding the true circumstances of the theft of the Pearl of Wisdom. On the contrary, I get the impression that Kyoto helped Ao-Lung plan how to deal with the pearl. So I believe that Kyoto is fully justified to “believe the McGuffin”, as Bunny puts it.
Sometimes the McGuffin is accurate, its just the reason for everything else to happen, so it could be straight up, but a chain of other events stem from it. In many cases the McGuffin is quickly rendered completely meaningless.
Avatar – “We are on this planet for McGuffinite. Now with that said, lets show lots of pretty scenery, have blue alien sex, and blow a bunch of stuff up.”
I don’t think Bunny ever specified that her ex was abusive, merely that the two of them had issues. Given that one of them is Bunny it’s pretty inevitable that there would be issues. Since all good comedy relationships are based on misinterpreting your beloved, I expect the bondage gear she was so upset by was probably intended for some entirely innocent task and he hadn’t even realised it could be used as bondage gear at all. Sadly he couldn’t explain the misunderstanding because Bunny fell asleep when he tried.
Insanely impulsive and stupid are not the same thing I guess.
She does make a point.
S’all carefully calculated. That’s why she’s an awesome ninja.
Genre savy, scary ninja bunny.
{question removed, sent answer}
Blade Bunny is vary genre savvy… maybe she really IS from the future… O.o
yea, i hate when someone uses the label “special”. you never know what you will get.
Stick with BB Kyoto, she is wise and will teach you the ways of the worlds.
Whether you like it or not.

“Why would I be running away?”
Dear Kyoto, do you not remember the shining Gun slinger who is tracking you and Bunny?
He’s still “alive” and hunting!
These monks are no help WHEN he shows up.

Ah… stupid question is stupid.
When with Bunny, you will always wind up running away.

Unless it’s Kyoto herself who is deceiving both Bunny and Ao. But I don’t like to think that, since Kyoto is so charming.

Come to that, is the ex even confirmed as male?
