In either case I think it is going to be magic vs. science.
4.5 pounds or a little over $7. We are discussing a possibility of having a bunch of books sent over in bulk to me, I would sign it and then ship it out to US customers. That would have slightly cheaper shipping but a slightly more expensive book because it would be signed and it would take longer to get to you.
